High protein club sandwich recipe

  • 7 slices of wafer thin turkey or chicken

  • 1 medium tomato

  • Handful of lettuce, rocket or other leafy greens

  • 2 slices swiss cheese

  • 1 tbsp light mayo

  • 2-3 slices of bread (of your choice!)


  1. Toast the bread and get your salad ingredients washed and prepped.

  2. Spread the mayo onto the bread and stack up your sandwich ingredients in layers

  3. Give it a good squish (a cocktail stick can be super useful if you're doing a triple stack!) and enjoy.
